This year NSW Health will work with our school to offer vaccines recommended for adolescents by the National Health and Medical Research Council, through a school-based vaccination program.
During Terms 1 and 4, Year 7 students will be vaccinated against:
- Human papillomavirus (HPV)
- Diptheria-Tetanus-Pertussis (Whooping cough)
Information about each vaccine is included in the Parent Information Package provided with this letter.
NSW Health will visit the school on two occasions:
Thursday, 8th March 2018 (Term 1, Week 6)
Thursday, 26th October 2018 (Term 4, Week 2)
For your child to be vaccinated, consent for each vaccine must be provided by the parent/guardian on the enclosed consent form by Monday 26th February, 2018.
Please return consent forms to Ms. Anderson (Year 7 Advisor) in X Block or Mrs. Khan (Assistant Year 7 Advisor) in R block.
The vaccination form must be returned even if you do not consent for your child to be vaccinated.
