Bell times

Our school day is structured around a clear timetable. We have set times for learning sessions, activities and lunch. Understanding the bell times helps students get the most out of each part of the day.

It's important for students to arrive on time each day. If your child is running late, please contact our front office.

The school timetable is organised around six periods each day in a ten day cycle, with Week A and Week B.

A morning assembly is held each Monday at 8.50 (weather permitting) with Roll Call taking place on the assembly.

On Monday school will finish at 2.15pm for students with staff attending meetings and professional learning activities.

Assembly Bells – 3 short bells – Students are to stand in roll call lines in S Block

Warning Bells – Evacuation and Lockdown

A continuous bell is the warning bell for evacuations. Students are to proceed under the direction of the class teacher to the football field (Evacuation Area). You must line up in ROLL GROUPS.

Ten short bells indicate “Lock Down”. All students are to remain in the classroom or make their way to a supervised building and remain there until the all clear is given.
