Fairfield IEC's Remote Learning Guide Acknowledged
by the Department Of Education
To cater for the unique needs of IEC students during the remote learning period, Fairfied Intensive English Centre created a tailored bilingual Remote Learning Guide for the students and their families to ensure continuity of learning and equitable access to education. The bilingual (English and Arabic) Remote Learning Guide provides students with useful step-by-step instructions on how to access and use school email, how to join and use Google Classroom and general advice about the rules and guidelines for online learning.
The Remote Learning Guide was recongnised by the Department of Education as being a worthy example of collabration and best practice in terms of assuring newly-arrived students with limited English.
